We have been there 4 times till now, first in August 2018, then in September 2019, then in June 2022 and last time in December 2022. My dad intended to visit LVPEI for eye check up as he was suffering from optical atrophy. I was looking for a place nearest to L. V. Prasad Banjara Hills Hyderabad and this place shares the same boundary wall with the eye hospital. First 2 times we walked all the way to LVPEI, took 10 minutes as the way is a trifle uphill, dad too was in his mid eighties. Third time took an auto to reach the hospital, dad became quite old by that time. However, every time we walked back as the road was downhill. Last time took mom for macular degeneration. Anyway, regarding Our Nest, rooms are clean, more so because they have stopped serving complimentary breakfast after covid pandemic. However, one can order food from outside and take it in their room or at the dining hall. Mr Raju, Mr Akil are by your side all the time, right from calling a cab to taking print-outs of tickets. The WiFi network of the place is good.

Best option for people visiting LV Prasad Eye institute. Walking distance from hospital , it’s just 500 meters. Comfortable stay with clean, well maintained, AC, Non AC room options. Cooperative staff, should appreciate their efforts and empathy towards eye patients. Rooms and washrooms will be cleaned daily. Toiletries will be given on alternate days. Food option is not available, you can get tea and coffee. Should book offline, online it costs more. Should confirm checkout time once, because it will automatically adds next day if you don’t confirm timings. You can enjoy good view if you get road side room. And another side is hospital view. Recommended for LV Prasad patients.

Overall this hotel requires a heavy deep cleaning for both rooms and common areas. Toilets - toilet sheet not clean, no hot water, shower not working properly, smelly towel, no dental kit Room - Smelly room, thick layer of dust at fans, windows, tv, bed corners and spider webs also in wall corners. Bed sheets, pillows are smelly (laundry is big issue), teared comforter and pillow covers. The manager also acknowledged for all these.. and said that owner is not ready to spend money for maintenance. They only have one person who did washroom cleaning, then with bare hands changed the bedsheet.

The rooms are of pretty good quality. I have stayed here twice. The main benefit of this hotel is for those people who are visiting the LV prasad Eye Institute for surgery or eye check up. It's quite close to the hospital. I could not find …
